Disruption is not something that happens overnight. Most of the time is a long and painful process. The latest and most relevant example is the launch of Artemis 1 (I talked about that here) which was postponed once again. Disruption is also essential for moving forward, and we shouldn't oppose it but rather see how we can make something valuable out of it. Disruption must be embraced, and brilliant people must be encouraged to lead their peers to a better future.
This is such a vast topic that we could make an entire newsletter series dedicated just to it. We would also love to further discuss this topic with anyone willing to bring their input, so don't hesitate to shoot us an email or a direct message.
